Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom (including bath with shower overhead). Three first floor bedrooms with sloping ceilings, two with double bed and one with twin singles, and additional WC. Covered dining terrace with teak furniture and barbecue. Secluded lawn garden. Heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.4m - 1.7m deep) with roman steps, and decking surround. Off-road parking. Please note: Swimming pool is located 30 metres from the villa and is occasionally used by the owners when clients are not using it. Friendly owners live next door so are are on hand to help, but respect clients' privacy.
