This huge traditionally furnished farmhouse has large rooms and high ceilings, giving a tremendous sense of space, and benefits from a tranquil location at the end of a country lane, overlooking fields and its own small (fenced) lake in front of the property. An air conditioning unit installed in the corridor between the bedrooms provides a cool atmosphere to sleep more comfortably in the height of summer. And with the option of pool heating, a quick dip need in early spring or late autumn not be nippy. The local village, St Martin de Gurson, is walkable along the lane and offers local amenities and a tennis court, with golf and riding a short drive away. There is a Saturday morning market in Ste Foy la Grande, along with supermarket and wide range of restaurants.

All accommodation on ground floor (upper floor closed and unoccupied). Large living room with television, DVD and CD player. Kitchen-diner with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms, two with double bed, and one room with a double bed plus a single bed. Family bathroom. Separate WC. Large terrace with dining furniture. Partially enclosed lawn garden with swing set. Private fenced heatable* swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1.5m deep, ladder access) set in sun terracing. Plenty of parking.
