Modern holiday villa on one level. Living room with satellite television, DVD & CD player. Open-plan kitchen-dining room with dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms in the main house, both with double beds (one bedroom has wash basin). Bathroom and separate WC. Third bedroom with sofa bed and en suite shower room & WC in chalet-style annexe with external access only. Lawn garden, and decking terrace with gas barbecue. Private swimming pool (6m x 3.5m, 1.5m deep). The guardian, who lives to the rear of the property, is available if assistance is needed but will not disturb clients at all, as living areas are not shared nor overlooked and the pool is private to clients.

This delightful modern villa is well-equipped and elegantly furnished, with large windows to let the light flood in. Outside, the fabulous decking terrace beside the pool has a lovely open view and offers a space to relax or enjoy a barbecue as the sun sets. Superbly situated just a short (but not flat!) stroll from the pretty village of Tourrettes, on the edge of the market town of Fayence, so there is a choice of restaurants to walk to in the evenings, and shops only a short drive away. The beach is easily accessible, at Fréjus or St Raphael.
