Off the large entrance hall are three good size bedrooms; two double and one twin, all with air conditioning units* and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with corner bath with shower attachment, WC and bidet. Family shower room with WC and bidet. Continuing through the hall you reach the large family kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob, and breakfast table. Leading off from the kitchen is the open plan living and dining room. The dining room has a large dining table and chairs with French doors leading on to the front terrace. The comfortable living area with sofa and built in seating has Satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation and CD player. Large private swimming pool with roman steps (8m x 4m, 0.9m to 1.8m deep) surrounded by large sun terrace. Covered dining area featuring summer kitchen and pizza oven. Outside shower and WC. Utility room with washing machine. Table tennis table. Plenty of private parking. Maid service three times weekly.
The owners live in the adjoining villa next door and are therefore close at hand if ever needed however they do respect clients' privacy at all times.
