Modern two storey detached villa set in enclosed grounds. Leading off from the entrance hall is a comfortably furnished living room with fireplace and French doors leading on to the pool terrace. Through an archway there is a spacious dining room with dining table and seating for six. The traditional style kitchen with a breakfast table and door leading on to the garden, is well equipped with all the mod cons; microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven. One ground floor bedroom with twin beds. Full bathroom. First floor consist of two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and access to terrace, the Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Third bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Roof terrace with sea views. Unusual shape pool with both integral steps and ladder access, (6m x 3.5m, 0.8m-2m deep), set in private garden with wrap around sun terrace. Outdoor poolside shower.
