Leading off the kitchen is the large open plan living/dining room with French doors leading on to the sun terrace and pool. Three bedrooms in total; one with twin singles and two with double beds. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC, bidet and bath with overhead shower. Family bathroom with WC, bidet, bath with overhead shower. Large sun terrace with covered dining area. Private swimming pool with ladder access (12m x 6m, 1m to 2m deep). Poolside barbecue. Enclosed garden with small pond. Rooftop terrace with distant sea views. Off street parking available for one car. Maid service 5 times per week

Charming villa in a wonderfully convenient and peaceful location. The villa is simply furnished with authentic Portuguese furniture, the tiled floor throughout helps keep the villa lovely and cool during the hot summer months. The enclosed garden is bursting with exotic flowers, shrubs and rockeries, there is even a small fish pond. Within walking distance to the stunning rugged Paraiso beach and the sandy Carvoeiro beach. If you fancy exploring the dramatic Algarve coastline a few minutes in the car will take you to lots of beaches including Marinha, Albandeira and Benagil. There are so many beautiful beaches around you’ll be spoilt for choice! A short but steep walk will take you in to the centre of Carvoeiro which has an abundance of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to choose from. For the more active there’s plenty to keep you busy, with water parks and championship golf courses all only a short drive away. If that sounds too much like hard work, why not laze around the pool on the large sun terrace and soak up the glorious sunshine with a cold beer in one hand and a good book in the other...utter bliss.
