Birmingham to host new bmibaby services |
Travellers based in Birmingham will be offered more access to a number of top destinations for villa holidays this winter with airline bmibaby.
Spain will be one of the main destinations to see more flights, with both Malaga and Alicante being served by four flights per week.
Murcia will also see two flights a week during the winter period, while people planning to stay in holiday villas in the Algarve will be able to catch one flight a week to Faro.
From February 2009, two weekly connections will carry travellers to Nice in the south of France and Palma on the island of Mallorca will see the same frequency of services.
Crawford Rix, managing director of bmibaby, said: "We are delighted to announce that stage one of our winter 2008 services from Birmingham international airport is now on sale.
"There are six key Mediterranean destinations to choose from. Sun lovers and holiday home owners will benefit from the frequent flights to top winter sun destinations such as Malaga, Alicante and Murcia."
