Pick up some Christmas gifts in Spain |
People staying in Costa Brava villas at the beginning of December will be able to pick up a number of unique gifts and souvenirs at a Christmas market to be held in the region.
A popular fair will be held in the main square and Pia Almoina in Olot, the capital of the county of Garrotxa, from December 6th to 8th.
Visitors on villa holidays in Spain will have a number of opportunities to pick up local arts and crafts at this event and also enjoy the festive spirit that is conjured up at Spanish Christmas markets.
Garrotxa is one of the many counties of Catalonia that visitors to the Costa Brava region can explore, along with areas such as Osona, Selva and Vallespir.
One way for people staying in Costa Brava villas to see the region is by following one of its many popular scenic routes, such as the one connecting Oix to the Bac valley.
This route enables holidaymakers to see sights such as the Romanesque churches of Sant Miquel de la Torre and Santa Magdalena del Coll.
